Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Wanpar ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at wanpar.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality provided therein.

Wanpar is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed specifically for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football and other live sports events — as well as live dealer casino games, slot titles, table games, esports markets and instant game categories.

By accessing this Platform, creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in their entirety; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Wanpar platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spins or other incentive offered by the Platform subject to bonus-specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to the Platform account balance for the purpose of wagering.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance framework governing the monitoring and reporting of suspicious financial activity.
• "Wager" means a bet placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game or other market available on the Platform.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered funds returned to players over time by a given game. RTP figures shown on this Platform are illustrative unless verified by the operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the official currency of Pakistan, used for all balance and bonus amount references on this Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied by a User to suspend or permanently close their Account as a responsible gambling measure.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly for adults. Registration by persons under the applicable minimum age is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended, bonuses being voided and any winnings being forfeited pending investigation.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must complete the registration process. Registration requires the submission of personal information for KYC verification purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is processed and stored.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Verification

The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may access game information, place wagers for personal entertainment, and interact with customer support services. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content or data is expressly prohibited.

5.2 User Conduct

By using the Platform you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations;
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Not use any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place wagers or scrape data from the Platform;
• Not engage in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or collusion with other users.

5.3 Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Wanpar does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any feature or the Platform in its entirety at any time with or without notice, including for scheduled maintenance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform supports a range of deposit methods. Payment references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local references for Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that any financial institution endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services on this Platform.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit threshold applies to all transactions. Illustrative example: the minimum deposit required to activate a welcome bonus is PKR 1,000. Actual thresholds are determined by the operator and may differ. Users must verify current minimum deposit requirements prior to transacting.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC/AML verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) compliance with the Platform's withdrawal limits and payment method restrictions. 6.4 Currency

All account balances and transaction amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Currency conversion fees and exchange rates, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User. The Platform is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuations.

Bonus Terms

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to their individual bonus terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus promotion's terms and these Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a welcome bonus of PKR 25,000 with a 30× rollover requirement means that PKR 7,50,000 in total wagers must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. These are illustrative figures only — refer to the applicable bonus page for exact requirements.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is subject to a cap. Placing a bet in excess of this cap during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited. An illustrative maximum bet cap is PKR 1,000 per bet.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified time window, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to minimise risk during wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed to circumvent the intent of bonus promotions.

Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's prevailing betting rules, applicable odds and available market limits. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of suspected integrity issues, manifest errors in odds or system faults.

8.2 Manifest Error

In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, market lines or game outcomes — whether caused by human error, technical fault or data feed error — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to all markets including cricket (PSL, ICC events), football, UFC and all casino game types.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to the Platform's live betting rules. Connectivity delays, network latency and other technical issues are the User's responsibility. The Platform is not liable for bets affected by such issues.

8.4 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body or the Platform's data provider. In the absence of an official result, the Platform's decision on settlement is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using false, borrowed or third-party identity details for registration or verification;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring transactions to evade AML controls;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems or other tools to place or optimise bets;
• Colluding with other users, agents or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or game results;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users;
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Wanpar platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, data feeds and visual design — is the intellectual property of Wanpar or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping or automated data collection tools; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information or uninterrupted service availability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wanpar and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data or loss of profit, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 User Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in betting and gaming activities entirely at your own risk. The Platform does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the service.

Responsible Gambling

Wanpar is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps through your Account dashboard;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss amounts over a given period to help manage expenditure;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or session cut-offs after a defined playing period;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding you of the duration and cumulative cost of your current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team.

Amendments to These Terms

Wanpar reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Wanpar does not hold a Pakistan gambling licence and does not claim to operate under Pakistani gaming regulations. Pakistani users must independently assess the legality of using this Platform under applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms, the Platform or any transaction conducted through it, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, both parties may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the operator's applicable licence authority.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
